Interesting data has been derived from research that has been carried out that shows Scottish football is home to some of the best and worst football clubs in the UK when it comes down to a manager keeping their job.
The study was conducted by OLGB and it found that on average, a manager for a Scottish club will typically last 18 months in their job. That has put them in the middle of the road of some of Europe’s top leagues, with France’s Ligue 1 providing 1 year and 10 months, England’s Premier League offering 1 year and 8 months and Germany’s Bundesliga giving out 1 year and 7 months.
